Each summer the Rossini Opera Festival, as one of the most important music festivals on the European scene, celebrate Rossini’s genius with a festival of his music. The ROF is the only international event entirely dedicated to Gioachino Rossini, that revives, studies and stages the composer’s musical legacy. Besides his most famous scores, the Festival has brought back into circulation a large number of forgotten Rossini operas, offering opera lovers an unique and truly Italian experience.
