Our country house Colle Bianco was born from the idea of four friends, during dinner, in front of an excellent Montepulciano wine. The work on the field keeps us busy for most of the year: from the sowing to the harvest of vegetables and threshing the wheat, from pruning olive trees to the harvest of olives to the production of our extra virgin olive oil, our preserves and jams for pantry, to the production of traditional cured meats.
In our restaurant our guests will taste traditional dishes and recipes.
Since 2014, with the renovation of the barn and the construction of four wooden rooms, we have been hosting travelers from all over Italy and Northern Europe.

Package "Discovering the cooking tradition of Basso Molise"
Our farmhouse offers cooking masterclasses introducing our guests to the flavors and cooking tradition of Basso Molise. Our guests will prepare different kind of pasta (cavatelli and macaroni, square “chitarra” spaghetti and “sagnitelle”). We will cook traditional sauces matching the pasta size and we will use also seasonal produts. We will propose some traditional meat main course recipes as well.
3 days/2 nights, B&B stay in double room and breakfast (extra charge the single room)
