Here is what it looks like from the belly of the world’s biggest and heaviest flower, Rafflesia, taken by @bbc. Rafflesia is a parasitic flower with no stalks, leaves, or roots. The five-petaled blossom is the sole visible portion of the plant. It blooms for only a few days before displaying indications of degeneration. We are proud of @borneodemandproductions, a Sabah-based production company, had the opportunity to work with @BBC - The Green Planet. You can watch the series on iPlayer⁣⁣⁣⁣. 📸 IG: @bbc 📍 Poring Hot Spring, Ranau #sabah #borneo #malaysia #tourism #photooftheday #nature #fun #trip #vacation #travel #summer #travelphotography #wanderlust #naturephotography #photography #instatravel #beautiful #instagood #happy #adventure #travelblogger #picoftheday #enchantingsabah #travellater #traveltomorrow #flora #flower #flowers #plants
