WHAT WE WILL DO: Castel del Monte (AQ), the capital of shepherds and transhumance. A medieval village nestled in the mountains within the "Gran Sasso National Park and Laga Mountains". 3 days immersed in nature and at a slow pace, like the communities of the past. First day arrival and accommodation at the hotel, guided tour of the village and its museum, dinner at the hotel and overnight. Second day, morning Trekking with a hiking guide through the canyons of the National Park, afternoon tasting experience of typical products; dinner and overnight. Third day visit of a local hops (among the highest in Italy) and tasting experience of beers and meats and cheeses.
