A tour to get your “hands on pasta ", to discover genuine secrets behind the typical dishes of the places visited, in a warm and familiar context.
This day is dedicated to the art of cooking in a rural setting of a small Chianti Classico winery or organic farm in Tuscany.
Fabulous sceneries of the most beautiful tuscan countryside will be the frame of a fun and instructive day even for the little ones members of a family. A day dedicated to the art of cuisine and more traditions, simple and good. The morning is dedicated to the preparation of dishes, fresh pasta and complete “three-course” menu. The lunch to follow will pair with wines produced at the local farm.
