Mediterranean Diet is a nutritional model inspired to the traditional food culture of three European countries: Italy, Greece and Morocco. In 2007 Italy, Greece, Morocco and Spain asked UNESCO to establish Mediterranean Diet as intangible world heritage.
Thanks to our partnership with high qualified Italian chefs, the course aim to share a real gastronomic- Mediterranean lifestyle, mixing up the basics of the gourmet cuisine, guide lines ad practical experiences, through innovative techniques.

The course is perfect for everyone wants to improve his knowledge about nutrition, production and distribution. Mediterranean Diet Course is a culinary journey that interweaves itself between nature and tradition. Trough our knowledge about places and tastes of our land, the participants will love the passion of the people for food. Our lessons will be accompanied by wonderful guided tours and excursions, that will bring you to know origin and the quality of Campania’s products.


Structure of the course
The lessons will have a first part, about origin, history and tradition about the subject of the cooking class, then the chef will show you a practical demonstration to learn fantastic Mediterranean recipes. A real full immersion to discover the beauties of Campania, enriched with guided tours and lab activities.
