An unforgettable trip by bike in the unique Italian region with a landscape variety and several cultural and gourmet experiences, where there will be a different emotion every day. Tour through theOglio bike lane, rewarded by the Italian Green Road Award as “Most beautiful bike path of Italy”. During the tour, there will be historical villages and archaeological sitesrecognised by UNESCO, sightseeing in Franciacorta and Camonica valley vineyards and wine cellars, cycle tour along the mountain areas of the High Camonica valley who end up at the Presena glacier, where there will be a magnificent view on the Pian di Neve. Our accommodation facilities are bound to the typical territory and the choice of our best restaurants allow the participants to live unique gourmet experiences.

Day 1 | Welcome: Tour presentation and the possibility of renting bikes.

Day 2 | Franciacorta Loop 30 km: Exploration of the astounding Franciacorta surroundingsin the ancientgrapevine’sfarms. During the visit at one of the most famous wine cellars, there will be a tasting of their antique tradition well-known all over the world. Throughout the vineyards ride, you will be connected to the rich monastic history. Ride across Torbiere Del Sebino, one of the most important area for the biodiversity in all Lombardy. Discover a region can also mean get in touch with its gourmet tradition. Dinner will be at a local restaurant, where there will be typical dishes, a perfect ending for the first day of this exciting trip.

Day 3 | Franciacorta – Montisola – Pisogne 40km: The tour to the north begins. The bicycle ride continueson secondary roads and bike paths. The tour will include a trip through Iseo to Sulzano, where a ferry will take the participants to Montisola, the biggest lake island in Europe. This visit is like a travel back in time: stunning lake villages and the completely absence of cars makes the atmosphere magical and unique. Afterwards, the participants will be back to Sulzano, where the trip continues to the high lake. This part of the path goes through Toline and Pisogne, one of the most astounding bike tracks of all Italy, that connects the Camonica valley to the Padana plain.

Breath taking sights, ancient road tunnels and sections suspended above the water, ends this daylightby several unique emotions. Dinner at a typical local restaurant.

Day 4 | Pisogne – Darfo Boario Terme – Capo di Ponte 35km: The tour continues to the Camonica

valley. Oglio bike lane runs pleasantly along the river and through different farms. The road reaches to Darfo Boario Terme, the gateway to the region of the ancient Camuni. Visit at the famous Archeopark:this parkoffersa time travelto the prehistoric age. The trip keeps on the cycle path and reach Cividate Camuno, an ancient roman village where it is possible to visit the Archaeological Park ofthe Roman Theatre and Amphitheatre and the Minerva Temple. Through the vineyards at the bottom of Concarena mountain and near Pizzo Badile mountain, the road leads to Capo di Ponte, home of the Rock Engravings National Park of Naquane, recognised as World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Gourmet experience at a typical restaurant.

Day 5 | Capo di Ponte – Edolo 25km: The day begins with a visit at the Rock Engravings National Park of Naquane with a park’s tour guide. After that, the trip keeps on the cycle path and goes to north. The environment becomes more and

more alpine. This area is surrounded by majestic mountains. The end of this trip will be at the Edolo tourist centre. Visit at the tourist centre. After that, a van will take the participants tothe restaurant, dinner will bein amountain lodge, a special high-altitude emotion!

Day 6 | Edolo – Ponte di Legno 25km: Edolo is a well-knowntourist centre anda crossroads for Valtellina and Val di Sole. Home of one of the most famous underground power plants of Europe, a unique and impressive work of engineering. The visit begins into the mountain, at this extraordinary power station. The trip continues to Ponte di Legno, where the paths isframed by coniferous woods and grassland. The newest part of the Oglio bike lane runs along the homonymous river, distinguished by wonderful wooden bridges. The arrival in Ponte di Legno will be the end of the bike tour, however the trip is not finished yet. The gourmet experience will be at a typical high valley restaurant.

Day 7 | Adamello Glaciers The participants will need to have warm clothes for this daily tour. The trip continues by a gondola lift that connects Ponte di Legno – Tonale to the funicular Passo Tonale – Passo Paradiso Presena, from an altitude of 1250m (Ponte di Legno) to 3000m (Passo Presena), where there will be a majestic view overthe Adamello glaciers.
