The trail starts from Murazzano, an impressive village overlooked by its imposing Medieval tower. Its structure and buildings witness that noble and rich families used live here. In the village, the Hall Saint Mary's sanctuary, a Baroque jewel, and Saint Lawrence's church, an rare example of pure Romanesque architectural style, are worth visiting.

Paved lanes ascend to an ancient mill, and a laboratory where Murazzano PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) is produced and tasted.
