As solid as Bergamo Alta walls - our Company matches the production and the maturation of wines with our expertise in hospitality.
Our cellar is made of three rooms – for wine production, storage and tasting, and includes large steel basins used for white wines, and wooden barrels for red and aged wines.
In our cellar we store and age more than 200.000 bottles every year, before they are ready to be tasted by wine passionates and experts.
Each Tallarini wine takes its high quality starting from the grapes: low yield per hectar, choice of the right time for harvest, manual selection of the bunches.
Soft pressing, cryomaceration, Bordeaux cut and accurate drying of the grapes. These methods are followed and respected accurately.
Innovation and tradition guarantee the best final result: wooden barriques and tonneau for top-quality wines, stainless steel for white, rosé and not-aged wines.
Aging always takes place once the wine is bottled: it may take from a few months (for young and ready-to-drink wines), to several months for long-aged ones.
