Travel program: 
DAY 1 - accommodation in a farmhouse, Spello at leisure (visit suggested), return to the farmhouse,
 rich welcome dinner and overnight stay.
 DAY 2 - breakfast at a farmhouse and visit of Assisi at leisure (visit suggested);
 followed by horseback riding along a pleasant nature trail suitable for everyone, with an instructor and tasting of traditional
 Umbrian specialties at the end. In the evening, return to the farmhouse and overnight.
 DAY 3 - breakfast at the farmhouse, Gubbio at leisure (suggested visit) and return home.
