Our guide will take us to discover an itinerary among the intricate civoli of the Capo and Vucciria districts. The markets where food is prepared are magical and fascinating places!

During the morning we will taste various tastings such as panelle (chickpea flour fritters) and sfincione (tomato focaccia) but also some local specialties such as pane ca 'meusa (veal lung and spleen sandwich).

Our expert guides will reveal the secrets of local cuisine, giving away recipes, sharing historical information and curiosities.

During the experience, we will also learn other topics of history, daily habits and controversial issues. Participants will have the opportunity to enter the oldest bar in Palermo, right in the historic center, where we will have a toast with the locals.
