Lake Como has always been a popular retreat for aristocrats and the wealthy since Roman times, and offers many artistic and cultural gems. Live the Dolce Vita on the lake by enjoying simple things, that most of the times we take for granted, such a cappuccino, an aperitif in the square or on a terrace overlooking the lake, a cooking class with a local chef, health coach and food writer.

The lesson will be held in a charming venue, so you can truly understand our culture and passion for food. During the lesson you can experience the Italian conviviality and it will give you the flavor of true Italian lifestyle.

The lesson will include a “stuzzicante” and rich aperitif with prosecco, an hands-on cooking class preparing first course for example homemade fresh pasta with a seasonal vegetable sauce or risotto, second course and dessert, for example tiramisù.

A brief discussion about the origins and nutritional properties of each of the foods will be included as well. After the lesson you can enjoy all together the food prepared with a glass of wine. Water and digestive are included.
