This unique tour offers a chance to know the simple and authentic life in the mountains, to learn a new skill while enjoying the stunning surroundings.   Come to meet the family of shepherds and their beautiful ancient world.

THIS TRIP INCLUDES
Your trip will start in a beutiful farm of the Aurunci Park “Sapori di Fammera”. Here the family of shepherds will introduce you to the real inhabitants of the farm: goars, horses, calves freely grazing across the valleys.
Following the shepherd will guide you across all the steps in the preparation of the famous “Marzolina d’Esperia” cheese, from milking to the preparation of the different shapes, motivating you to participate actively.

After the laboratory, you will keep performing the tasks of a real shepherd leaving the farm for the pasture across the hills of the Aurunci Park, until you reach the “Balcone del Cielo”, where you will be able to admire the beautiful Gulf of Gaeta below, while tasting a delicious snack offered by the shepherds.
Finally you will return to the farm and you will be accompanied to the dining room, a fascinating room made of stones where the lunch will take place: cold cuts, olives, cheese, vegetables from the garden, homemade pasta and bread accompanied by some delicious local wine.
