Great wines, an excellent agricultural production and some treasures celebrated all over the world: Piedmont is a treasure chest full of tastes and traditions to discover day after day. First we will enjoy a walk on the paths through the Barbaresco vineyards and on the overhanging ‘Rocche del Roero’, rocks famous for their old popular traditions. Then, we will go on the ‘Barolo Paths’, a series of paths which connect the eleven municipalities where the ‘king’ of the wines is produced. Finally, we will move to the hills of Alta Langa, the territory of truffle and hazelnuts.

DAY n°1

Arrival, setup and lunch in the hotel
Your itinerary begins to the search of the perfumes of the Barbaresco in a run between vineyards and roses toward the communes of production of the Barbaresco D.O.C.G. where a path will be crossed from which a marvelous panorama enjoys him on the Langhe, the Roero and the Alps. The walks it will finish with the visit of the Regional Wine shop of the Barbaresco.

DAY N°2

Breakfast in the hotel. In forenoon you will reach the "Path of the Fortresses": a long walk will bring you in the woods where earths rich in fossils and perfumes of acacia and chestnut tree will disclose you the legends of the "masche " and (witches) you will meet an apiarist that will disclose you the secrets of the bees and the production of the honey.
Lunch in a typical inn will be accompanied by a tasting of wine Roero Arneis D.O.C.
The afternoon will be devoted to know the historical center of the city of Bra with the visit of the Museum of Natural Sciences and for the lovers of the gastronomy him it will go to the search of two typical products: the sausage and the cheese Bra D.O.P.

DAY N°3 

After the breakfast in the hotel, they wait you for the eleven countries of the Barolo for a walk on the "Paths of the Barolo" among the vineyards where it is cultivated the grapevine Nebbiolo. The walk will conclude him in a firm manufacturing Agrituristica of Barolo for a light lunch and the visit to the Wine cellar. In the afternoon, you will visit the city of Dawn, a walk under the towers to discover the Cathedral and the traces of famous artist’s albesi as Macrino of dawn and Pinot Gallizio.

DAY N°4

Breakfast in hotel and departure for the hills of the tall Langa from where you can admire the enchanting panorama of the Alpine arc. In the small country of Castino, it will attend us a Trifulao, seeker of hypocrites, to conduct us to the search of the "Grey Diamond."
Following a didactic run in the wood, you will also learn the most scientific aspects of the mythical Mushroom Ipogeo.
I have lunch in the typical inn of Langa with possibility to taste flat to the hypocrite.
In the afternoon you will continue the tour along the earths of production of the kind Round Filbert and the Muscat one with walk among the vineyards installed on the murettis to dry and the noccioleti; at the end of the day you will discover an ancient "crutin" (wine cellar dug underground) where stockade the tall Langa D.O.C., foamy classical method and the Muscat one of Asti D.O.C.G. according to an ancient tradition. Possibility to taste the wines in combining to the traditional cake of filberts.
