From the sea to the table for our fish the path is short... the "La Tramontana" cooperative has built the short supply chain in Trapani, a short path between the sea and the table that allows us to prepare dishes and products from the Trapani tradition and from the world of fishermen and offer guests a gastronomic-cultural journey to discover the most authentic tastes and flavors of Sicilian cuisine. All experienced in an excellent location on Viale delle Sirene in Trapani, a very suggestive place from which you can admire the Mediterranean sea that bathes Mount Erice and the Egadi islands.
