Immersed in an evocative landscape, go to discover authentic flavours and many historical testimonies of the Vulture area by visiting its most characteristic villages, Venosa and Melfi. In the morning, with a guide, you will plunge into the history walking through the same streets of the great Latin poet Horace and browsing in the immense Archaeological Park. You will, then, visit a beautiful farm where, from the panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards, you can taste a good glass of Aglianico wine accompanied by a cutting board of typical Lucanian products. In the afternoon, together with a guide, you will enjoy the magic of antiquity in a rarefied medieval atmosphere of the village of Melfi. Here the grandeur of the Castle will leave you speechless! You will also visit the National Archaeological Museum and the unmissable Rock Church of Santa Margherita. The tour will end in a winery in the heart of the old town of Melfi to taste a selection of fine wines accompanied by taralli and biscuits.
