Together with a guide we will discover this town, characteristic not only for its fantastic setting but also for its Arbereshe origin, where Albanian culture and tradition are still alive and present. After a tour through the streets of the old town, the guide will take you to visit the 'Cantine Basilisco', one of the oldest wineries in the area and the location of one of the most intense passages of the film by Pier Paolo Pasolini 'Il Vangelo secondo Matteo'. Here you will be pervaded by a mystical atmosphere in a landscape setting with a 'Palestinian' flavour. It is right inside an ancient lava cave of the 'shesh', the historic Urban Park of the Wine Cellars, that you can taste some fine labels of Aglianico wine together with a cutting board of local products and a typical arbereshe dish, the 'tumact me tulez'.
