Come to explore Melfi, a small treasure village full of cultural beauties to be discovered. Together with an expert guide our walk starts in a rarefied medieval atmosphere, where the grandeur of the Castle will leave you speechless! The walking tour continues through the streets of the old town, with the magnificent views of ancient buildings and stone corners, to reach the wonders of the National Archaeological Museum, the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and the Diocesan Museum. For lunch we stop at a very charming and welcoming winery, in the heart of the old town, to taste the typical products of Basilicata as well as an excellent Aglianico wine. The tour ends with an unmissable visit to the Rock Church of Santa Margherita, located on the road connecting Melfi to Rapolla.
