TOUR'S PROGRAMM 

On the first day: arrival at the Hotel in Mussomeli, check-in and welcome cocktail, dinner and overnight stay;

On the second day: breakfast and transfer for a guided tour of the Manfredonico Castle of Mussomeli; Departure for the farm "Le Aromatiche di Girafi" company of Sicilian products long forgotten, rediscovered and enhanced as bay leaf, chives or oregano, a plant with multiple uses in the kitchen and beneficial properties in the form of herbal tea or infusion, or like black chickpea, from which the company has wisely obtained derivatives of great interest and precious taste. Visit and tasting of local products; return to the hotel and some free time;

On the third day: breakfast and departure for Contrada Polizzello for a guided tour of the archaeological site and the village; return to Mussomeli for the lunch break at the typical restaurant; return to the hotel and free time; guided tour of Mussomeli and its cultural emergencies, return to the hotel, free time, dinner and overnight stay;

On the fourth day: breakfast and departure for the "Costanzo" farm and dairy, guided tour of the company, cheese making laboratory and tasting of local products; departure for Sutera (one of the most beautiful villages in Italy) to visit the Sanctuary of Monte San Paolino, the Arab quarter "Rabato" and the Civic Museum, tasting of the "Virciddrata" (typical product of the place entered in the Ark of Taste of Slow Food at the Malta Bakery); return to the hotel in Mussomeli, free time, dinner and overnight stay. 

On the fifth day: breakfast, check out and departure.
