Arrival in Serralunga d'Alba by own vehicle or hired bus. The town is dominated by the fourteenth-century noble castle with an architectural structure unique in Italy. Visit of the castle, where, from the windows on the third floor, you have a spectacular 360 degree view of the Langhe up to the Alps. Continue to Grinzane Cavour to visit the castle, with a quadrilateral plan, positioned on a hill and surrounded by vineyards. Inside there are suggestive halls, which house a permanent museum of peasant civilization and the Regional Enoteca. Following lunch in a farmhouse in Montelupo Albese with a typical Langhe menu. After lunch, a short walk to the Big Bench nr. 100. The tour will end at Tenuta Fontanafredda, a gift from Vittorio Emanuele II to the Bella Rosin, walking in the park among ancient trees, vineyards and an idyllic lake.
