Cooking class in the Langhe: a weekend of relax, fun, food and good wine in good company!

The weekend begins with a cooking class at Raffaella's home: the participants will be taught how to prepare the much appreciated traditional Piedmontese dishes. The school is surrounded by greenery in an old renovated farmhouse, where Raffaella lives with her two children and many animals: dogs, cats, horses, ponies, chickens, pigs… without forgetting the frogs in the pond! During the course you learn, comment, taste, joke and have fun all together, spending pleasant and genuine moments, really hands-on!
The cooking class lasts an average of 3/4 hours including the time of a coffee break and, to conclude with a flourish, at the end there is a tasting of all the dishes prepared together by Raffaella and participants, with combined wine tasting, for regain strength after hours of hard work!
At the end of the course, in the evening the overnight stay will take place in an 18th century farmhouse, which is the result of the renovation of a rustic farm, whose recovery has enhanced the charm of the ancient original structure.
Today, the farm offers its guests a stay of complete relaxation in comfortable rooms with private bathroom and swimming pool available, and, if desired, the opportunity to explore interesting naturalistic, artistic and culinary trails in the surrounding area.
