15:00 Guided tour of the historic center of Civita d'Antino and the archaeological museum. 
20:30 Dinner at the Zahrtmann tavern in Civita D’Antino.

10:00 Guided tour of the Zompo Lo Schioppo Natural Reserve. In this very narrow valley, crossed by the Romito torrent, born from a scenic waterfall, the human artifacts and the wonder of unspoiled nature coexist integrating agricultural fields, very small farms, olive groves and vineyards with beeches and giant oaks woods and an extraordinary variety of flora and wild animals. This unique landscape is the scenery for several outdoor activities such as torrent walk or climbing walls, mountain bike rides or just hiking towards the high quote refugees.
