TOUR DETAILS

DAY 1

We will start to discover the suggestive Tirino Valley with a guided e-bike excursion along the banks of the clearest river in Europe. Afterwards, a few hours of relaxation and lunch with a spectacular view on the panoramic terrace.

In the afternoon, a canoe excursion in the adamantine waters of the river will offer the opportunity to admire a unique landscape immersed in the luxuriant nature of the Valley.

Dinner is provided in a selected and renowned restaurant in the area.

Return and overnight stay at the facility.

DAY 2

After breakfast we will reach the medieval village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio for a guided excursion to the architectural jewel of the medieval age.

Lunch in a typical restaurant and visit to the wonderful village of Calascio, to discover shops and ancient traditions. From there, we will continue to the majestic stronghold, set of the film starring Sean Connery, "The Name of the Rose".

Dinner is free.

Return and overnight.

DAY 3

After breakfast, the morning will be dedicated to a guided tour of Castel del Monte, the capital of shepherds and one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Nearby, it will be possible to visit some farms, taste the famous canestrato and taste the delicious zero-kilometer specialties produced in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park.

Subsequently, along the suggestive Piana di Campo Imperatore, you will reach the Racollo Refuge, a lunar place immersed in nothingness, ideal for escaping from the chaotic and hectic life of the city. From here it will be possible to walk to discover ancient treasures or participate in sports and recreational activities at the refuge.
