A multidisciplinary itinerary through art, landscape, energy and sustainability.
For the first time, the Reggia's major Power Plants are open to tourists who can visit the thermal power plant and the new cogeneration plant, the linchpin of the energy-saving project that expresses the Reggia's commitment towards the protection of the environment.
The visit to the Power Plants is part of the itinerary among the contemporary art installations of the ‘Giardini delle Sculture Fluide’ (Gardens of Fluid Sculptures) by Giuseppe Penone, located above them. The work of master Penone reinterprets the design of the seventeenth-century park in relation to the natural environment and extends above the power plants of the Reggia which provide energy to the entire estate.
