My little bees and I are "La Beffa honey". Every spring and summer we chase the blooms by choosing the best places for our loot. The honey of my bees is neither heat treated nor filtered; I extract it and pack it cold. The goals of my work are the well-being of bees and a high quality honey. Monica Gerola, beekeeper.
