In Cernobbio you can enjoy wonderful views of the lake not only from the historic center, but also from Mount Bisbino. Overlooking Cernobbio, it marks the border with Switzerland.
On the top, at an altitude of 1314 meters above sea level, there is a Sanctuary, still visited by many pilgrims, the Small Museum of Mount Bisbino, occasionally open, and a restaurant. In the area you can also recognize some trenches dating back to the period of the First World War. The summit can be reached both by car and by a pleasant walk from the center or from the hamlet of Rovenna, from which it is possible to walk on other ancient paths with different levels of difficulty.
