Trekking and tastings in the hinterland and a green route along the Uso river.

1. Trekking route starting from Talamello, an ancient village known for the production of fossa cheese. The experience includes a very good tasting served directly in the caves where this famous cheese is produced.

2. Trekking route starting in Saiano, an ancient Marian sanctuary perched on a rocky spur, then continuing to the naturalistic oasis of Montebello, a medieval fortress whose castle preserves the incredible story of Azzurrina's ghost.

Along the way you will stop at a wine estate in the valley where you can taste oil, honey, cheese and some of the best wines of Romagna. 

3. A Green excursion dedicated to nature and the environment. A guided tour to discover the Uso river: a natural landscape rich in flora and fauna and historical monuments from the Malatesta era and industrial archaeology.

The package includes:

- 7 nights in hotel with full board
