I will welcome you to my apartment together with Abigail and Milo, my two dogs, a penthouse on the sea with a large perimeter terrace from which you will enjoy a breathtaking view. I am on the sixth floor of an apartment building directly on the pine forest which is a nature reserve and on the sea and in second line with respect to the road. 5 minutes from the center of Pescara and Montesilvano, and 3 minutes from the road junction for the most beautiful places in central Italy, for the motorway and for the Abruzzo airport.

I have no parking or garage. I have three large bedrooms and they all overlook the terrace so you can enjoy the spectacular view from every room. The rooms are finished with parquet and are equipped with LCD TV and air conditioning. On the terrace each room has its own table with chairs and umbrella.

Two complete shared bathrooms serve the rooms on the floor. Breakfast is included and will be served at the La Bussola bathing establishment, directly on the beach !!!

A well-stocked Baretto on the terrace can serve you as coffee, hot and cold drinks. Free WiFi Beach Service
