Guided tours of the company production site, the old ‘acetaia’ where two excellences are produced: Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (DOP) and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (IGP).

The tour includes an introduction about the history of the family company, the illustration of the production process of the Balsamic Vinegar and a final tasting of different varieties of Balsamic Vinegar.
