Polignano a Mare, Casamassima, Alberobello, Conversano 

DAY 1: Upon arrival at the charming B&B Dimora Santo Stefano, settled in the heart of Polignano a Mare, you will be welcomed with a gourmet gift basket full of local products. Use this frst day to relax and explore this wonderful city facing the Adriatic Sea. 

DAY 2: After having breakfast in the B&B, reach the Masseria delle Monache, an ancient farmhouse located in the countryside surrounding Casamassima. Here you can learn more about the traditional dairy production and discover the processing of mozzarella pugliese from our experts (from 10.30 am to 12 pm). In the afternoon, get on a boat trip leaving from Polignano a Mare to explore the most famous caves hidden in the rugged coastline (from 3 pm to 4.30 pm, or from 5 pm to 6.30 pm). Enjoy the free evening. 

DAY 3: After breakfast, head to Alberobello, the capital of trulli, small beehive-like stone dwellings that form a maze of narrow streets. You can wander freely through this ancient settlement, which detains the UNESCO World Heritage status, however we suggest taking a guided tour. At the end of the morning, a tasting of local food and wine awaits you in a renowned wine cellar (the tour lasts roughly 1 hour and 30 min). Te afternoon and evening are free. 

DAY 4: In the morning, reach the Casina dei Preti farmhouse. Discover the history of this ancient building lost in the Conversano countryside and get involved in the cooking of a typical dinner with the help of the chef (cooking class from 5.30 pm to 8 pm), then enjoy the dinner and the night stay at the Casina dei Preti (restaurant service and drinks included in the package price). 

DAY 5: After breakfast at the Casina dei Preti, spend as you please this free day. Our friendly staf will be happy to help you with any queries and give you tourist information on the most amazing places to visit in the area. 

DAY 6: Today we recommend visiting an afliated agricultural holding. Surrounded by the nature and the countryside, you will learn more about the olive tree cultivation and the processing of extra virgin olive oil. A tasting of fne olive oil follows the tour. Te afternoon and evening are free. 

DAY 7: Check-out after breakfast. (MINIMUM 2 PEOPLE)
