Barumini is the most important archaeological site on the island: a nuraghe built around 1400 B.C. called 'Su Nuraxi', the only archaeological site in Sardinia declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997.

There, in Barumini, it will be possible to participate in a cooking class in a farmhouse, where participants will prepare either culurgiones or tagliatelle. Finally, the famous sebada will be served as dessert.
