Sustainability is an overused word and does not always correspond to a concrete respect for ecosystems.
The pandemic has highlighted a planet in a delicate balance, and tour operators need to have an in-depth knowledge of the territories and fragilities to ensure, in addition to the visitor experience, the conservation of habitats and respect for the law.
