The City of Venice presents the main initiatives planned for the year 2023
The main events planned for the coming months will be illustrated, ranging from traditional appointments such as the Festa della Sensa, the Festa del Redentore, the Regata Storica and Christmas in Venice, to events that have become firmly established in the city's annual schedule. These include in particular the fourth edition of the Venice Boat Show (May 31 to June 4), which brought the great international boating industry back to the lagoon and the maxi sailing yachts appointments (Regatta Trieste Venezia -Two Cities One Sea, Veleziana, Venice Hospitality Challenge). Furthermore, during the summer, great music is protagonist with the first date of the Pinguini Tattici Nucleari band tour at San Giuliano Park (July 7) and in St. Mark's Square with the Laura Pausini's three concerts (June 30, July 1 and 2) and with the Beethoven's 9th Symphony played by the Teatro La Fenice Orchestra (July 8). Finally, Venice is increasingly the destination of haute couture and craftsmanship of excellence thanks to Venice Fashion Week (March and October). During spring and autumn the city will host the convention activity, which find on the Lido island the ideal setting for high-level sectorial tourism in the renovated venues of Palazzo del Cinema and Palazzo del Casinò. The Venetian winter also holds many surprises with sports (37th Venice Marathon, October 22) and widespread initiatives to fully experience the magic of Christmas and New Year (December).
